Application

1). THF is an important organic synthetic raw material and is an excellent solvent. It is especially suitable for dissolving PVC, polyvinylidene chloride and butyl anilin e. It is widely used as a solvent for surface coatings, anticorrosive coatings, printing inks, magnetic tapes and film coatings. As a reaction solvent, the thickness of the aluminum layer can be arbitrarily controlled and bright when used for electroplating aluminum liquid.

3). Tetrahydrofura n is an intermediate for the synthesis of the pesticide phenbutyltin.
