Application:
Used as nitrogen fertilizer, suitable for various soils and providing both ammonium nitrogen and carbon dioxide required for crop growth;
Used as a food fermentation agent and expansion agent. When combined with sodium bicarbonate, it can be used as a raw material for leavening agents such as bread, biscuits, and pancakes, and also as a raw material for foaming powder juice.
It is also used for blanching green vegetables, bamboo shoots, as well as medicine and reagents.


Often formulated with Sodium bicarbonate as a leavening agent for biscuits and pastries.
