Product Description

Ferrous lactate is an organic substance with the chemical formula C6H10FeO6. It is a green white crystalline powder or crystal. Slightly smelly, slightly sweet metallic. This product becomes yellowish brown containing iron salt after being damped or its aqueous solution is oxidized. Light can promote oxidation. Iron ions react easily with other food additives. Soluble in water, it becomes a transparent liquid with green color and is acidic. Almost insoluble in ethanol.
