Product Description

TCPP is a chlorinated phosphate flame retardant, which is usually used in polyurethane rigid foam (PUR and PIR) and polyurethane soft foam. TCPP is a phosphate ester combined , so it has excellent flame retardant and plasticizing properties for plastic and rubber products. As a flame retardant, TCPP has been widely used in PVC, polyurethane soft and hard foam, cellulose acetate, cellulose paint, ethyl fiber paint, flame retardant rubber and rubber conveyor belt at home and abroad. The product has self extinguishing property, weather resistance, cold resistance, antistatic property, soft hand feel, and the general addition amount is 5 ~ 10 parts. The oxygen index (LOI) of polyurethane rigid foam can reach 26. In addition, it can also be used as special pressure additive of lubricating oil, gas paint additive and thermal coolant of metal magnesium.

Product purpose:

 

This product is mainly produced in soft (hard) polyurethane foam, epoxy resin, polystyrene, , cellulose acetate, ethyl cellulose resin and phenolic plastics, polyvinyl acetate, and gun foam sealant. It is specially recommended for rigid polyurethane foam, which has excellent thermal conductivity and hydrolysis stability. It is especially suitable for ASTME84 (II grade). It has low viscosity for polyurethane foam and unsaturated ester resin and phenolic plastics at low temperature.

 

Packaging, storage and transportation:

 

This product is packed in unlined galvanized barrel (250kg), and the storage temperature is 5 ºC ~ 38 ºC, and the air should be kept dry. This product is stored and transported according to the regulations of general chemicals.
